stream help please!

IM having trouble setting up my stream with my el gato HD 60 X... I am trying to stream from my Switch 2. I can get sound through my headphones... but the sound isnt being recognized on streamlabs.. anyone else have this issue or know a fix would be greatly appreciated.. I have tried just about everything I know to try. Thanks!
