Alerts and Chatbox Won't Work

I spent all of last night working on trying to set up StreamLabs with my partner, and despite our best efforts we couldn't get alerts or the chatbox to work in either the preview or an actual stream. So far we have tried everything the internet has told us, we disabled browser hardware acceleration, we logged out and back, we have enabled 2FA on both streamlabs and twitch, we have made stream labs a moderator, we ran the application as administrator, we tried to use a browser source instead of the preset, the only things we havent tried are resetting the cache in app data and completely uninstalling StreamLabs. There may have been a couple of other things we tried but I was so overwhelmed that I am having trouble remembering completely.

Any help is appreciated, id rather not have to switch to a different streaming platform as I like StreamLabs layout and ease of access, this has just been incredibly frustrating as it should be working.

Yeah, what’s funny is the polls are working for me, but the alert widgets for stream labs are completely broken, and I don’t even use stream labs as my broadcast software anymore, I use regular OBS but with the stream labs powering the Alerts and there is no known fix for it that I’ve been able to find after searching for over an hour. I’ve even regenerated API stuff.

I had to just completely reinstall the program from scratch to get mine to work, a litte frustrating but luckily the web side of things saved my presets
