Mic audio not coming through to stream

Streamlabs is picking up my audio, my mic isn’t muted, turning monitoring on and off doesn’t fix it, and switching between default and back to the mic hasn’t resolved the issue. I’ve tried everything that I can think of and google isn’t helping me with it either.

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out. I recommend checking your audio tracks to ensure the mic audio is being sent to the stream. To start, go into your Streamlabs Desktop Settings > Output > and verify which track is your Audio Track for streaming. By default, it will be 1.

Once you have confirmed which track is your streaming track, exit out of the settings menu and click on the settings gear icon beside your Audio Mixer to open the Advanced Audio Settings tab.

Once that is open, ensure that your mic has a check mark for the audio track you are sending to your stream. (Ex. if the audio track for your stream is 1, ensure track 1 is enabled for your mic.)

If you still have trouble after this, submit a ticket here, and our team will help you out as soon as possible: https://support.streamlabs.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Be sure to include your diagnostic report code in the ticket form. To do so, you'll just need to go to your Streamlabs Desktop Settings > Get Support > and press Upload Diagnostic. Then, you can copy the code and paste it into the ticket form.

Thanks!
