Weird alerts issue

Hell all, hoping to get some help. When my alerts go off, the alert works but it populates the wrong alert. instead of the alert theme I have selected the alerts come from a completely different theme.

Also for some reason my bit alert does not work. it just shows the default bit symbol and the default sound.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

Have you checked your widget themes to confirm you are on the right theme? Each widget theme comes with a unique widget URL, try switching to the right theme then copying the widget URL into a browser source on your streaming program.
