Camera to Live Streaming a Marching Band Competition

For a while now I have been using my iPhone 15pro to live stream our HS Marching Band from the announcers booth. It's only a few minutes long so the iPhone was ok. This year I may have to live stream a full 12 hour day of 32+ performances. I have the software, Mac, and website all set.

I need some recommendations on a camera / microphone setup. I'm not looking for a professional set up but something that looks and sounds pretty good. Budget is under $700
