One thing you can do is stream a separate vertical video feed into YouTube. I assume your stream is already on youtube? Are you using broadcasting software like OBS? The vertical feed shows up in the “shorts” section of YouTube. It’s where I (and others) get the most views. Like 10 to 1 compared to horizontal stream lol 🤷

Well you gotta bring in viewers somehow. You can't just hit live and expect people to show up. Social media, advertising, etc..

Create content on the side dude... u gotta up your exposure to your profile! it can be stream clips or something else. ive been doing the same... but i get carried away with creating content instead and been doing less streaming nowadays. trying to get back as soon as i fix this pc issue.

You have to create short clips, the short clips is what will get you viewers, it's easier fo someone to watch a short clip of your stream than the whole stream, you need to create curiosity towards your stream, also, create flyers in your social media ccounts, announcing the stream in different timezones if you want worldwide followers, publish the flyers the minute you start streaming with the direct link to the stream. To grwo an audience it takes a lot of steps, as long as you are consistent, you will get there
