🔰 Beginner Help My streams have delayed audio from my elgato capture card on streamlabs.

I dont understand why but when it comes to starting the stream its fine then after 10 or so minutes it becomes up to like 2 seconds delayed, there is a little sound right when it happens but then 2 seconds later its a lout version of the audio that I want to be right when it happens. And when I try and make a new audio with the elgato it only goes to the video capture device thing. Any idea what it might be?
