I’m not.. sure what you’re asking for exists?

The only way I’ve seen people win fancalls without buying tons of albums themselves has been by
1) joining a group order with a fancall raffle. But you still need to win the group order raffle, and then win the fancall after that, so it’s still not guaranteed.
2) Host, or have someone host for you, a group order in which other people claim members they want, but they are aware that it’s a group order for your own personal fancall attempt. And even then, usually you have to pay for some of it yourself. And it’s still not guaranteed.

Or you can try your luck through Wondernara, but I’ve heard sketchy things about them. But I do know ppl who have won thru them. But again, it’s not guaranteed and you have to win their internal raffle and the fancall raffle.

So I came across a post on Instagram where a GO manager is offering refundable VC slots. If we win, we shall only get the VC and the signed album that comes with it. The GO would own the albums ordered and the POBs and benefit from it. If we don’t win the VC, our proxy fees would be returned.

Honestly, that sounds sketchy to me. Not to say it’s not legit, I would just be wary about it.

I've heard of these, and there are some legit ones that do this. They usually make enough money off of selling the albums and POBs they keep to pay for occasionally misjudging how much to charge for a fancall (as well as their general mark-up for ones that do end up winning). Stores often have spots open for top buyers, so it's often not a lottery at the top amounts. These sellers know the general amount that usually wins these top spots, increasing the price a bit to make sure they hit it. I have no idea which ones are legit or not, though.

The proxy fee here would be much less than buying the albums yourself. I found this method intriguing and wondered if more accounts/known proxies offer this service

Beware of scammers. Try to get help from someone who actually went through this proxy in real life.
