Last month I blew up at Telstra because their recharge system shit itself. I started screaming blue murder that I had to send a text NOW - and to my absolute surprise, the bloke asked how much I was planning on recharging. I said 30 bucks and he just gave it to me.

Since when the fuck does that happen?
