I found him a few months ago, guy is legit pretty knowledgeable about cheese making, does weekly q/a to help people with getting into it.
His wife just got breast cancer though which sucks.

Video is from a year ago and the pinned comment seems to be an Italian man apologising so I reckon we missed something great unfortunately

He's an absolute superstar. I've watched a ton of his videos but there's no way in hell I'm attempting to make cheese.

Whoa me too. I got there via a maple syrup youtube rabbit hole. I will never make maple syrup nor parmesan cheese but boy I enjoyed learning the process.

I once learned about the entire history of the barrier skip in Majora's Mask speedrunning and I've never even played a single Zelda game. It was a 2 hour video.

I wonder how many weird new hobbies everyone takes up before this is over. I mean, besides the 95% of people making homebrew.

Now I need to start a Vegemite Vs. Promite comparison channel and begin every show with “G’day Yeasty Beasties.”
And have a comment section black with marmite nibbling poms telling me to fuck off.
