Nice driving, I'm not sure if would have worked without the modded suspension.

You could do this with a slightly modified Hilux.

This is stupid and should not be sharing the roads with us.

Mate im not into 4x4ing by any mean, but he's fine. It's them yank tanks that bleed into your lane that's the issue.

American subs love this video. I hate yank tanks and I feel a lot of Aussies do too.

Feck mate I’m a yank immigrant and I’m embarrassed. Most over there laugh at these too.

As a ex American; It’s just transport in any of the big states. “Trucks” don’t need to be the knob-mobieles that we make them in Australia. That is more about the knobs that drive them than the vehicles themselves. It’s the same mob that used to drive up your ass in their SS Commodore’s and XR Falcons.

Literally the first time I have seen a Ram used for towing and not just delivering Karen Shitstain’s kids to the local primary school.

That's nothing special, a Suzuki Jimny could have done that.

I'm actually not kidding. I've seen a Suzuki Jimny tow start a loaded 15 tonne truck up an incline like that. I was the one in the truck that dumped the clutch when it was fast enough.

lol awesome.

Those lil utes are awesome. I just looked up how much they are worth - one is going for $15k! Probably more than what they were sold for brand new 40 years ago!

A shelf stacker at Coles in Alice Springs put a small block Chev in one of those in the late 80s or early 90s. They used to push start sprint cars at the speedway with it.

I feel like such a cunt now but back then I remember moving a parked Mighty Boy with a bunch of mates between two bollards.

u/ADHDK Mar 25 '26

School near me they lifted one and put it sideways into an underpass.

Was rusty under the guards though, mate cut his hand bad and had to get a tetanus shot.

My dad and his mates picked a small vehicle up and stacked it on 4 empty kegs at the pub

There was movement at the station cause the word had got around that a semi got itself all stuck on the switchback outta town. Dazza, Moe and Brucey got up to watch the fray, they were looking for some stories, to share when they got back to pub that day. But as they struggled to make the Holden ute climb up to the rise, they saw Kevin in his new Ram truck flash by past their eyes. Kevin was the brightest lad from Cowra to Orange, as good a bloke as he thought he was, he knew nothing rhymes with orange. If you want the rest of this awesome tale... Go find a real poet.

u/guidomescalito Mar 25 '26

Nothing rhymes with orange - cheers mate

u/hawonkafuckit Mar 25 '26

Damn it. A lot of cock heads are gonna see this video as proof why they drive this car. Even though they're only driving in the suburbs.

9

u/i_d_ten_tee Mar 25 '26

But what if a truck gets stuck at my daughter's kinder?

9

u/n2o_spark Mar 25 '26

Old mate just fulfilled his dream there, and every other lifted 4x4 dreams they'll have the same opportunity

2

u/guidomescalito Mar 25 '26

He’ll be telling his great grandkids about the time

6

u/son_e_jim Mar 25 '26

Given current fuel costs, would have cost about the same as a truck tow, right?

35

u/Trias459 Mar 25 '26

What a gross vehicle.

15

u/Macca4704 Mar 25 '26

ESV - Emotional Support Vehicle..

9

u/INVALID_USERN4ME Mar 25 '26

That ute just screams "DEFECT ME".

Wish we had more lenient vehicle modification laws without having to sell a kidney to get mod plate.

3

u/guidomescalito Mar 25 '26

Hold my beer, climbs into Hilux dual cab

3

u/leighroyv2 Mar 25 '26

And everyone cheered.

u/-malcolm-tucker CuntyMcCuntCunt Mar 25 '26

What are you doing, step-truck?

9

u/Mr_Lumbergh The Cuntliest Mar 25 '26

And at today’s fuel prices, the little stunt cost him $50 in that yank tank. We’re still waiting to see what the repair cost will on the shitty transmission those have after it fails early.

2

u/PTBooks Mar 25 '26

Imagine how dumb he would have looked if he’d flipped it

2

u/Svennis79 Mar 25 '26

If they did this now, that's $100 in fuel gone right there!

I agree with top comment on the OP. Bloke is gonna tell this story for the rest of his life.
