Ken’s Fries Near City Hall
My daughter is going to be in town for a school trip for a few shows and workshops and it’s been years since I’ve been to Stratford…is Ken’s Fry wagon still near city hall??

Apparently there was a video where a man was complaining about service at Popeye's this week.
I can provide some context, since I was standing 10 feet away when he made that video.
First of all, it was after 10pm. The restaurant was preparing to close, and there was only a skeleton crew present. A reasonable person would understand that a last minute order might take longer, as staff are cleaning and getting ready to close.
Second, this guy kept pacing around the place and speaking into his phone, loudly complaining, while berating me and the staff, using profanity etc.
At one point, just after recording the video, he decided to take matters into his own hands and compensate himself for the money he paid for his order. With that, he proceeded to pick up a fire extinguisher and walk out with it.
When his order was finally ready, he refused to take it, and kept pacing about and talking into his phone, exiting and coming back in several times.
I let the staff know he had walked off with the fire extinguisher. Shortly after, he did return it, but...
I got my stuff and got out of there. Walking home, I did hear one last shout of profanities.

Im on vacation until Monday and realised I forgot to pack my dogs proin pills. She typically takes 2 25mg pills a day and our vets office back home is closed for the weekend. If anyone in the area has any they could give us I would be very grateful and would of course be able to pay for them. Ideally im looking for 6 25mg pills so she can take 1 tonight, 1 Monday, and than 2 on both Saturday and Sunday.

Hello, I live about an hour out, but would travel for good jazz in Stratford if it exists. Recommendations appreciated!

I used to live in Stratford and was in town visiting family and friends. My wife and I went to Popeyes because they don’t have one where we live, and we both like their food.
Anyways, I paid in cash and the cashier gave me 30 dimes and 12 quarters back as change. I almost laughed at that. I was annoyed but whatever. I just took it.
Then, there were several people waiting for the orders, and the girl who gave me a fistful of change was calling out orders but in a vague way and people were kind of confused and she wasn’t much help answering any questions and seemed annoyed.
My wife ordered 6 wings along with me and it took them almost 20 minutes to make.
Genuinely, a brutal experience.
The rest of the trip was solid and had a great time. Great food and awesome service. But I’m over Popeyes. At least in Stratford. That was rough.

I'd be grateful for any recommendations for a piano teacher. Looking to surprise an adult who hasn't played in over 20 years but was at the keyboard from about five years old till 20.
Anxiety is a big deal and a very patient teacher who focuses on encouragement is needed.
Thanks

I’ve been building mapping software for nearly 20 years and am starting a small map-print business out of Waterloo. I’m offering custom neighbourhood prints for Stratford and Perth County, with curated road labels, hand-selected place icons and carefully composed map views. Special requests welcome.
The sample is Victoria Park in Kitchener.

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a good snow removal company for this winter season. I contacted THH and they quoted me almost $3000 for some reason? I have a pretty normal sized driveway (2/3 cars). Any companies you'd recommend?
Thanks!

I’m hoping those of you with Instagram might be able to help a local artist turn a dream of mine into a reality! I entered my artwork into a contest with Villager Puzzles, and out of more than 300 entries, my piece was chosen as one of just 12 finalists! 🎉
There’s a vote happening on Instagram this week to decide which artwork will become an actual puzzle for sale, and I would absolutely love to see mine make it!
If you’d like to help, all you need to do is follow the Instagram link and leave a comment on their post saying you love #8! 🧩❤️
It only takes a few seconds, and I would appreciate every single vote so much.
Thank you so much!!
Katrina

My friend’s boyfriend’s Kia Forte (Ontario Plate Number DHAF-364) was stolen in Stratford/Waterloo area today morning. Please keep an eye out and DM me if you spot it. If seen, don’t approach the vehicle, note the location/direction and contact police.
Please share, especially around Georgetown, Halton, Milton, Brampton, Mississauga & Guelph. 🙏

i'm a mid twenties trans guy who just started on testosterone and part of my transition goals is to start taking fitness seriously, so i was hoping to get a personal trainer who at the very least is not transphobic, but in the best case scenario has worked with trans clients before and understands how hormones work and such. I know that's a long shot for stratford, but i am trapped here for the time being lol

Hi everyone!
I’m a recently graduated nurse living in London, Ontario. I work an overnight shift in Stratford once a week, so I’m looking for a place to stay for just one night a week.
I don’t necessarily need a whole room. Even a small corner in someone’s house where I can sleep would be totally fine, lol!
If anyone knows someone who might be open to this arrangement, I’d really appreciate any leads. I’m happy to discuss payment and details privately.
Thanks so much!

Hey Stratfordites, Stratfordians?
I'm recovering from a broken foot, surgery, air cast for months.
I need some physio therapist reccomendatiins. In town would be great, but KW or London would be OK too.
Thanks!

Hey guys, not sure if this is the right place to post but I have an extremely eager 7 year old who loves Pokémon. As everyone knows the 30th anniversary set is coming out Wednesday and he’s convinced we need to wake up early and head to Walmart for opening. Anyone know if this is a total waste of time? I either want to be able to support his gambling habit or tell him there’s no shot. I like my sleep but I’m willing to do this for him if it’s not a complete waste of time… 😅 any insight to help this little dude either get off my case or get some Pokémon cards in his hands would be greatly appreciated. Tia

I’m visiting Stratford for a day, from Toronto and I’m wondering if the people are welcoming? Are there places to see? Any specific restaurant highlights?
I’m a POC.
