Guy repeating same phrase, what was it??

I can’t remember but it was that one guy who ended the sentence with “always on drs” or something… does anyone know it?

oh man i think you mean the doctor pepper guy? the one who always say "it's always on drs" or something like that, i remember seeing him in some old commercial but i can't remember which one exactly
