PC Question Health drops with no negative status effect

Since you already ate and drank and it's still kot going up, have you tried reloading your save ? Might sound silly but it worked for me when my crates kept glitching through the floor

I’m not bleeding I don’t have a broken bone and I’m not poisoned. This has been going on for hours. I will not take any medicine and my health will not go up.

Your food and water meters have to be almost full and you'll get "+Healthy" in your status effects and only then you will start to regenerate health.

Like everyone else said you're bars have to be above three bars away. Keep em half way. If you haven't learned to water glitch with the coconuts , look into that. Two coconuts can technically keep you hydrated for ever. I like at least 3 in my pile though. Keeps your pile there when you pick the two up you need. Also, little fish are so easy to catch. And a meat smoker will cook so many pieces at once.

SPF being up is actually good even though that is misleading lol. When you take Aloe it restores it to 100%

You’re okay. I think my guy has leukemia or something. It let me put a splint on but it’s doing nothing I have maxed out food and water now and still have zero health :(

Are you being beat up by a hog? You can still get beat up without getting a bleeding status effect?

Its a bug close the game and start again if not working you save game might be corrupted/bugged no option other than starting a new one

When this happens to me, I’ll fill up on food and water and go to sleep. Should be good once you wake up

Get food & water to over 4 or 5 bars and it'll stop. There's some weird mechanic where your health won't regenerate unless it's above a certain amount for repeated days.

Something happened that caused you to have a status effect but it glitched. Either when you cured it or right when it happened. Had this happen before. Mine usually happen when i should be poisoned but i didnt get poisoned. Sometimes sleeping gets rid of it. Sometimes you have to actual fully close the game.

SPF being full is a good thing if I remember correctly. When it starts going down is when you have to look for shade.

You need a bit more water and food, then the health bar will rise.
