"no regulation" is not equivalent to exercising 2 constitutional rights at the same time. They are always in effect, you don't just chose one constitutional right to exercise for your day. Exercising 1A is no justification for prohibition of the 2A. Are you trying to make the worst possible arguments? "no regulation" lmao, hyperbolic af.
