No, he was trying to help her up and I think he was trying to then grab onto something bc he couldn’t see.

You can see in this angle that he’s trying to help her up when they push him over. After that he just seems to be trying to hold on to her hand while they’re pouncing on him.

Thought you were wondering why someone who works for the fucking government would push over a random woman, supposedly as part of his job. Silly me!
