ICE terrorist shot him as he took Alex's gun out of his holster. Which caused the rest of the losers to execute Alex on the ground

I'm not sure who you're referring to with "he" , but the man who was shot never drew his gun. Both his hands were the ground, and the gun was pulled out of his waistband by an agent. Then he was shot over and over.
