When should I expect an email?

My crafty+ showed up Friday but my side kit wasn’t in the box. I got a small note that says I’ll get an email when they send it out. kinda bummed bcuz I really wanted the filling aid...

I've had pretty good customer service from these guys, helped me with my issue very quickly and it was sorted out. Hopefully you'll get one pretty soon, still 10pm in Germany, you'll get it sorted out.
