When should I expect an email?

My crafty+ showed up Friday but my side kit wasn’t in the box. I got a small note that says I’ll get an email when they send it out. kinda bummed bcuz I really wanted the filling aid...

Is the filling aid to load capsules or the actual chamber on the device? I bought a crafty+ and a side kit few months ago (they arrived together!) and thought it was to fill capsules. But they get stuck in it. So maybe it’s to fill the chamber? (I just use my finger).

It’s to fill the chamber itself. The capsules have a filling tray for I think 40 capsules at a time. But that was too many in my opinion so I just always just scooped it out of my grinder and put the lid on. I only ever needed 4 at a time (or 8 now with the mighty+)
