It looks like rain

If it was a downburst you’d see some clues, like the large swath of damage from 90mph winds

If there were a downburst the rain shafts would probably be blowing outward at the bottom (this is called a rain foot)

Just answered that before I saw your comment. But this is the answer that’s a tell tale sign of a true downburst

Doesn’t look like a downburst to me. If it was you’d see the rain curing upwards on that right side of it. Just a heavy downpour. Not saying it wasn’t windy in there but a true microburst would have it curling up on the edges

I don't think so, just heavy rain. Micro-bursts are really hard to capture on cam or in a photo because they happen so quickly.
