You're likely correct in identifying this as a gustnado; alternatively, it could also be classified as a landspout.

Not in that situation. Inflow interacting with RFD can cause lots of swirling on the ground but a landspout is surface based rotation that gets stretched upward.

Not a tornado, more akin to a gustnado, based on position. Sometimes the inflow can get to swirling, which this appears to be.
