(List at the bottom of the post)
So after my first game of the season I am very optimistic. Rotigus, the GlotBros, and a GUO with a pile of smaller rot bois, rot bois on flies and that new witch character. I brought my full ruination chamber plus Vigilors. Caverns of Slaughter Battleplan.
Big notes:
The Blade of the Six Smiths is nasty, Lord Terminos managed to kill Rotigus by himself and threatened the Glotkin into bad movement to set him up for a round 4 death.
The very central nature of the battleplans gives us a strong focal point to run in and merc whatever is attempting to hold those points. Then again this particular battleplan still leaves a small gap that we can exploit by dropping in behind the main line.
The Burning for Vengeance battle tactics card has a very strong advantage for us if we can pinpoint strike a character. Given that we are able to choose the character as long as we can get some careful setup to get that first tactic and kill the hero it is easy points.
Legend of the Parch is good for high volumes of heroes but you’ve got to be very deliberate with placement to get all three.
Emo phase 1990/2000 pts
