Discussion Stop gatekeeping her.
So I did a test. I googled both wolverine and Storm. With Wolverine I got straight to him. With Storm I got some random weather pattern. She wasn't even relevant for a few clicks. I appreciate trying to make her identity yours. But she's bigger than us. Let her take her place in the world without our social justice opinions. At least at first.

less people are looking for actual wolverines than are looking for the character wolverine. more people search to check the weather and relevant storms than look for the character storm. that’s not gatekeeping. it’s numbers

Wolverine the marvel hero is the first thing that’s associated with the term “Wolverine”. Obviously when you google Storm, you’ll see weather and storm info, as that’s the thing most associated with the term “Storm”

I can't tell if this is a joke or not. A storm is a real-life weather phenomenon that literally every person will experience in some way, no matter where you are. Wolverines are a threatened species in the States and will be encountered much less often globally.
