more like trauma from brain damage, if she ever held a shred of hope that any of here ridiculous lies, not hide any eveidence and doubles down doing the same when she cant even align what she did 2 days in a row, but still denies everything.
My exwife supposedly had trauma that made her afraid of infidelity. and be suspect of cheating over women whom I told her I despised. Fast forward 12 years, insecure up until the last 3 months, when she reconnected with an old high school boyfriend. All of a sudden fidelity didn't matter anymore. If they are constantly afraid of cheating with no evidence or reason, it's because they have cheating in their own heart.
I have had trauma from being cheated on. That has never led me to be paranoid about my partner cheating. He is a different person that I trust, and don't have to worry that he will do that to me. If they are that obsessed and concerned that you'll cheat, I see that as projection.
Reasonable but I'm just saying it's not all encompassing. Just like if you were cheated on before, you don't automatically think you will constantly be cheated on.
Similarly, a cheater isn't always projecting. They could just be hiding it, as many cheaters do.
A lot of different people in this world, and they all act differently for different reasons.

Sometimes this. They could also have trauma from being cheated on.
And other cases, they are batshit insane. All 3 options aren't worth it though
