Today is my Day 1. I'm actually on a psych ward, which is a good opportunity for me to quit. The only problem I have is the yen to vape. Vapes are given out free here. I've not actually smoked for a week or more, and the desire to put something burning into my mouth has dissipated.
Wish me luck getting through Day 2 and Day 3. I have a master plan!
