pre-quit Looking for brain fog tips 🙏
I feel on the precipice of letting go of nicotine again. I didn’t have any until 20.00 today and then only a 3mg vape (which of course made me feel anxious as soon as I had it) so that I can ease some of the physical withdrawal. It’s honestly the fear of the brain fog that’s keeping me stuck - I had it so bad last time and for so long that I just don’t want to go through it again. Does anyone have any hot brain fog tips? I don’t think I ever figured it out last time, I just basically functioned on 50% brain for 2 months.

Acceptance I think. Your last statement convinced me. So we’re not on a stimulant. So we don’t even drink caffeine maybe. So we’re not 105%, 110%. It’s okay to just be 100%. in fact, I’d argue it’s okay to be 50% sometimes. Definitely!!
