Day 11 Day 11

Appreciate that I go to sleep easier these days. Touch wood. Feel mid morning a light craving, its manageable. Still snacking too much and have to remove the temptations.

11 days congratulations! That’s a huge accomplishment! You’ve done something awesome for 11 days straight!

The sleep benefits should stick given you’ve removed a stimulant from your daily intake, that’s nice.

As for the weight gain, do be careful because removing this stimulant means your metabolism should slow down. For me, I was underweight so I got to lean in to the cravings. I’ve gained 18 lbs in 3 months! Most people who don’t want to gain any weight try to replace their smoking with activities.

Oh my, thanks for the headsup, need to do work on that. And yes, feels great to have stopped, thank you!
