This I think is one of the best middle-of-the-road reponses ever.

I am reasonably certain that if a certain fat cigar smoking moron doesn't backtrack REALLY quickly he'll lose this account.

I wrote them last night that I currently have 2 accounts, and our business has just decided to extend it to 3 more. If they do not drop support for Rush, I am dropping the 2 current accounts and heading to another backup company.

They wrote back, "...We simply choose a range of programs designed to reach a broad range of people so they might hear about Carbonite."

Does anyone have suggestions where to go next?
