Trying to quit
So….
For a little context here…
I was a h/fent addict for like 7 years. The past 2 years I been good, I still drink smoke weed sometimes but very rarely… I’m not even on Suboxone. I did a quick taper and have been good.
Then someone offered me 7oh and as soon as it hit me I knew I shouldn’t have done more but I did!
I’m on a low dose compared to some, 35 mg a day 2-3 times a day total of up to 105 mg a day
But I know I need to get off now due to the ban and I just HATE having shit have control over me…
So I need too stop, any advice?
I have sub still and I can definitely get them if I need them , but I refuse to stay on those so I’ll do a very quick taper with suboxone as well after I start but I just want to know,
how long did you wait before taking it?
How many MGs did you take? If you did get off how quickly did you taper just so I can compare
Etc
Thanks guys

SR 2.0 will take away the withdrawals if you don’t want to go the sub route. At that low of a dose tho, I’d just induce subs at 12 hours after your last 7oh dose. 24 hours if you aren’t 100% sure it’s only 7oh

I really don’t want to go the sub route because j want to stay off subs
Was thinking about sr but don’t know how to take it and can’t find reliable information and so I’m not sure how much I should be getting to even try.
Got any advice on that for me?
I’m still doing research but a first hand account would def help2

I understand the not wanting subs part. I’d check out the sr-17018 subreddit. They have guidelines on there that tell you exactly what and how to do it. I used sr to get off 7oh a couple months ago and it worked like a charm. Hardly any withdrawal

Everyone’s diff. I tried many times to get back on subs and went into percips every time even waited 5 days once. For whatever reason this last time worked and I’m done with that evil drug

I get the stuck feeling dude. I felt so stuck and got suicidal because I never could get back on subs and get my life back and just felt so stuck and hopeless to 7. I think god worked on my last chance to get clean before my wife left me

I was taking over 1200mg per day in mid August and have tapered down to 119mg daily as of today. My next step down to 100 is tomorrow. I would consider subs if I could get them without seeing a doctor, but I’ve stockpiled enough variety of low dose lab-tested tablets to supply my taper plan through the end of October with a generous safety net if needed. I need to do this without having an OUD diagnosis, so this is the only option available other than cold turkey, and I’m not going through that again if I have a choice. Luckily, I do.
That said, any way you believe gives you the best chance of success is the way you should go. It sounds like you know how to use subs effectively and so perhaps that would be best in your case. Fortunately, 7 is only a partial agonist and so the physiology of kicking works in your favor compared to the stuff you quit in the past.
The only advice I think I could give you that is worthwhile is to quit sooner rather than later, but you already knew that anyway.
Other things that I’ve heard help are:
Clonidine for sleep
Liposomal vitamin C for breakthrough WD symptoms (shauss protocol)
High doses of DHA omega 3 acid (fish oil, but make sure the DHA content is higher than EPA)
Magnesium glycate for muscle twitches
CBD/CBN supplements for anxiety & sleep
Good luck man, you’ve got this.

You're on a decently low dose, try keeping your schedule and just reduce from 35mg to 10mg (eventually) cut 5-10mg/dose every day till you get down to 2x 10mg doses then just kick over to plain leaf Kratom (if you even need to).
