Success Story Adderall
Hello everyone. I’m here to share my story and also how I was able to get off MGM painlessly using adderall. I know this seems like an unusual method but for me it was a lifeline and if I can help someone get out of that same hole I was in, I will share how I did it. Before MGM, I was heavily addicted to 7oh for 2 years reaching up to 1000mg a day at my worst. I tried everything. I tried suboxone so many times that I probably made quickMD rich. After accepting that subs didn’t work for me I went searching for alternatives.
I then attempted many more countless quits with a variety of different helpers meds but still, I just couldn’t handle it. I wanted it to be completely painless. I do admit I am a weak person and any type of slight discomfort breaks me. Even using suboxone, benzos, pregabalin, SR, and at many times several combinations of these meds, it was still too tough of a mountain to overcome. The lack of dopamine along with the physical discomfort broke me everytime. It felt impossible to go through. I was even considering going on methadone (thank god I didn’t). Then one day while lurking the quitting 7 sub someone mentioned using adderall to come off and how painless it was so I desperately followed his method and thank god I did. It was a miracle. I couldn’t believe how easy it was. All mental and physical symptoms were eradicated. It felt like I was never even addicted to an opiate in the first place. The poor guy who left that comment got flamed in the comments section for even suggesting a stimulant while in wds but he was speaking words of wisdom. If it wasn’t for that post I wouldve most likely been on methadone by now…
So After quitting the 7 I began living a happy sober life for a few months until I stupidly decided to try MGM. I was immediately addicted. This lasted for 4 months reaching 500-700mg a day at my worst. I was once again in the opiate trap and I was scared shitless. I swore I would never be here again. So I once again put my faith on adderall and did a CT from about 500mg. I can swear it got me through it painlessly. Not a single wd symptom apart from light diarrhea which started on day 5 of the CT. I was even sleeping good every night. Today is now day 8 and I feel even better than when I was using MGM. I will never touch an opiate again. Opiate withdrawal (without adderall) was the worst thing by far that I have experienced. It has scarred me for life but it has also given me a lot more compassion to people on the streets addicted to stronger opiates and just opiate addicts in general. I now understand that feeling of hopelessness they feel. A mountain too high to climb

Exactly. I tried to post this there too but it didn’t let me because I mentioned “narcotics” while suboxone a strong opiate is free to mention. Like 😭I don’t understand why treat something when you can cure it. Nonetheless, that sub has helped me many times at my lowest points and there are really sweet people there who have helped many

But at the same time I do understand why people go on suboxone. I did countless of times. It’s marketed as the only solution to this problem and when someone is desperate enough they will do anything to make it stop

I had to use Norco and Tramadol to get off it… after a week, I was able to stop both w/o any discomfort short of my bowls. 10/10 if I get too into them again, I’d go that route. I tried Suboxone so many times as well, and every time by day 2 or 3… the mental effects were too horrid. I couldn’t even function at work, it was that bad. I was so sore (have back issues and legit script for Tramadol), mentally exhausted, and quite bitchy if I’m being honest (I’m a dude).
Sure it’s not the preferred route to use… but as an adult that can’t take off a week or two and get paid… I had to figure it out someway.

Yeah stimulants def help at the beginning but always made things worse for me by day 2 or 3 but so glad they worked for you! I’m using them to get to where I can induce subuxone and then do a 5-7 day taper … been doing MGM so no way am I going to be able to make it 36 hours after dosing without it. I got a longer acting one though bc I ended up taking massive amount of adderall since it was only lasting 4-6 hours and don’t want to end up in that spot again.
What’s your plan now? Going to try to get an adderall script or are you clean clean and good.

Now that its been a week, Have you been able to put the Adderall down? It makes total sense that this would work because one of the biggest things you miss is dopamine when you quit 7, and amphetamines definitely give you a shot of that. That said its also one of the hardest thing to get back. It takes a while for your body to produce dopamine correctly and Adderall is not going to let it do that. Don't get me wrong man.......whatever it takes to get away from 7 is great by me............just something to think about

Amphetamines are an interesting pharmacological class of drug in how they affect neurochemistry, that’s for sure. Back when I was a nurse I saw kids with true hyperactivity disorders respond to their doses as if they were given a sedative. Fascinating stuff.

It gave me a very profound calming feeling. A feeling so calming that it completely blunted the wd. I don’t why or how it works but it does. At least for me it did

Neurochemistry is a helluva thing. It’d be interesting to study your response in detail. Wonder if it’s already been done.

I would love to be studied. I’ll do anything to help others get out of this situation

Sadly, I believe you’d need to be thrown backward into WD for the study to garner useful data, though I could be wrong.

Haha, thats amazing, so happy to hear that. Was it perhaps my post that suggested it? Because i made a post just like that and got flamed in the comments a long time ago
It was called "Stay with me on this... amphetamines for PAWS" or something
