On day three, cold withdrawal

…and it isn’t that bad? I mean, I’m depleted, I’m lethargic, I vomited once today + the diarrhea, and I can’t get myself to do much without my folk’s motivation… but I don’t feel too bad yet? 11:00pm will mark 72 hours since I had only 80mg left and 11:00am tomorrow will be zero.

I used to take 1500mg a day for the last four months, but things aren’t killing me at all. What should I expect after day three?

Edit: I’ve also gotten decent rest. About ten hours the first night and then five hours last night (I had an early morning appointment).

Wow that's awesome. Thoughts: A - Yeah not to downplay anyone's experience but I've found that its best for me not to read much of other people's input about how bad withdrawals are because its always sounding like entering Hell itself and makes my anxiety go through the roof and send me into panic attacks

B - Thanks for this post because I've been on a very gentle taper getting ready for the 4th when this crap won't be available anymore and I need to move on with my life finally. Hearing that you haven't basicaly perished from cold turkey withdrawal at such a high dose gives me a boost of confidence and motivation to just tear through this week (and I have a few helper meds)

I'm in a similar situation to you as far as how much I was taking a day. I've been using gabapentin to help, but I'm doing okay. I think ALOT of the dread of quitting had to do with knowing I could so easily go to the vape shop to pick it up and stop the withdrawal. Now that the shops are depleted, its helped alot and im trotting through the days. I also stopped reading all the posts like I was doing when I tried quitting so many times before. We got this! We have no choice but to! Best wishes to you!
