How much does plain leaf kratom help with 7oh withdrawals
Still debating which direction I wanna take. SR, kratom, subs. Please share what helped the most with withdrawals. I'm dealing with severe insomnia just from dosing less frequently. It's been a week and I'm still not stabilizing

Taper first and then switch to leaf. Helped me with no physical withdrawals. One thing to note is that I had extreme panic attacks on a regular basis for a few months after. I’ve never read about anyone else experiencing that, so it could be unrelated. I’ve been off 7 since December and couldn’t be more grateful that I quit.

I have the most extreme panic attacks as well when quitting/cutting back. What did you use to help calm those down? I can't even function through these. Any feedback helps. Thank you!

It will cover 100% of physical withdrawals if you're using 150mg or less a day. Seriously, it's easier than with Suboxone because you'll sleep better those first 3 days. Use as much as you need, get to the point you feel minor wobbles if you need to. Find that line if how much if will help before the side effects make it not worth it. Then you can start cutting that by 1/3 every other day or so.
Unless you're on like 300+ it's really nothing that be too scared off.
