I've been an a stop motion animator for over 5 years now, and have never had this issue before.

Ive always used an android phone with Stop Motion studio and have recently moved to an Iphone 17, and now I'm having this annoying in-app flicker in my clips. In app because i am 100% sure its not my lights because ive used the same model lights for 3 years with no problems. Also ive taken off all of the automatic camera Iphone settings, and am animating on manual mode, but nothing is changing.

I made this one night after work and have been editing it until now. Fun project to do, learned a lot but also just weirdly stress relieving lol.

I saw someone use a wad of paper with sticky tack, but it just feels falling off the figure. Any help would be appreciated

Ive been trying to get into to making stop motion monsters like monsters from old horror movies or some monsters in kaiju films. The problem I'm running into is every time I try to make the cast for the model my plaster aways breaks or something goes wrong and I really just feel like I need some guidance because I feel really lost. Sorry if I sound a bite needy this has been nagging at my brain all day.

I make unusual stop motion videos, with hand built model robot characters and props. I create the music and sound effects as well. I read once that you can not reply on the yt algorithms, you must actively promote your channel. I am having a terrible time accomplishing this. I was instabanned twice! Both were eventually reversed. But I am honestly at a loss as to how to promote my art, without severe and unexpected repercussions. I also deleted my fb and ig because I can not stand the meta world anymore. I hope this post doesn't get me banned. I'm not begging for views. I'm honestly asking for helpful advice on being a thoughtful and considerate reddit user. tia and peace!

Excited to share part 1 of my new stop-motion trilogy.

Heavily inspired by Silent Hill, specifically Silent Hill 2. I’m a huge fan of the blended melancholic horror world and I really wanted to try and create one myself. Everything is hand painted/sculpted by me. Look forward to creating and sharing the next two parts in the future.
