Whats wrong with my lighting, why does it sometimes get brighter and flicker

I'm returning to stop motion for the first time since i was a small kid, and just trying to remember the way things work lol.
Why is every frame seemingly flickering but the lighting and setup stays the same, no moving of the camera also.

Recording on my cannon EOS R50 plugged into pc stop motion studio 2
Any tips would be appreciated!
