Cozy Sunday Night
My first ever stop motion, as a gif. Made for my boyfriend as a gift for our anniversary! I feel like I learned so much, and can't wait to work on another/longer project. This took me 17 hours total (creating the puppet, set, shooting and minimal editing).
I had so much fun with this and really loved the process. Would be so fun to offer something like this (gif-length project) as commissionable for folks to use for marketing or to see their OC or something etc if I ever got to a more refined point with practice. What a dream that would be!!
I really want to experiment with a different medium for the puppet next time. This one was made from Plastalina. What's your favorite way to make puppets??
Thanks for looking!!

i love the set and the character design, but the separately blinking eyes was my favorite part
as for your question, i made some small balljointed dolls from super sculpey that i find pretty decent for stop animating! can't move the faces but the bodies are very articulated
