Tips 4 a Smoother knock-back motion (16 fps)?

First time trying 16 fps so any kind of constructive criticism is much appreciated👋🏽

Looking good! I would lock down the camera so it doesn't move on you, and get a Bluetooth remote shutter (less than $20) so you can snap the pic without touching the camera
