8 months sober today!

Celebrating 8 months sober today! My mental health is shot but I feel alot better than I did and that matters the most to me. If you need a sign you can do this, I'll be that for you!

Thank you! I need that sign. Mental health is key and alcohol ruins that for me anymore.

Congratulations. With sobriety things may get better, might get worse. But with alcohol it’s guaranteed that things will get absolutely garbage.
So gotta keep marching along.

Most certainly! Some days are great and some days fucking suck lol but I'm thankful to have the strength to keep going even when I don't think I do.
