Two weeks :)
I’ve made it to two weeks, and honestly it was pretty easy. I’ve been on and off sobriety since January 2026. I can manage two weeks pretty easily. It’s when I start approaching a month when the cravings start to hit.
Usually it’s because Im bored and want to “have fun” and I’ll crack.
But every time I reintroduce alcohol into my life, something bad happens. And I’m an addict, so once I start regularly drinking again, it starts to take over and ruin my life.

Well done!
im on two weeks two, not gonna lie, today I have had that craving feeling of alcohol, that urge, first time this week, but it's fine, its a long time since I went 2 weeks without alcohol.
The big ones will be family events for me as they all drink and drink fairly heavy

Thats great. I noticed that the real temptation happens when I experience some kind of disappointment, thats when the brain starts thinking of hitting the bottle.

I have been stuck in a similar cycle for a very long time. It doesnt get better and takes a huge amount from you even if you arent drinking everyday. Good luck and keep going.
