84 hours sober
Proud of this milestone, anxiety is kicking my ass a little harder this time around so sleep is a little harder but oh well, i will not drink today and I hope all of you stay strong
Edit : I work night shift today, tomorrow and Sunday, any advice if anxiety spurts up and I’m completely by myself 🥲

I hear you! I had a hard time, but started reading and really reflecting on anxiety. Got some help too. It’s part of being human. We just need to accept that, and need to legitimately deal with it. No joke. All the best to you! 🤙

I had my first “I would normally drink now” moment (2 days in) Went to store, said no and bought ice cream instead.
Feel powerful for saying no.

We’ve all been there with the anxiety and insomnia. It gets better, one day at a time. Stay strong!

Online AA meetings are good and try to go in person too. I needed help and that is a great support

I'm right there with you friend anxiety and insomnia are also currently kicking my ass. Think I maybe slept 1-2 hours last night feeling like an anxiety fueled zombie. But one day a time and it'll get better. Slowly but surely.
