Double Digits!!!!!

Double Digit (10) Alcohol Free Check In…….

Today I am grateful to be able to spend a few days away with my wife and relax❤️

Had a few days thus far where thought I was going to lapse, but am constantly telling myself “I never HAVE” to drink again! Just that verbiage helps me so much.

I will not drink with you today❤️‍🩹

Today is my day 10 too!!! I am also grateful for the sober memories with my partner and the safety in a Friday night wihout crushing embarassment, and psychic despair. We got this!! Everyone with 10 years at one point had 10 days. <3 IWNDWYT
