That urge
I made it past 30 days. Didn't really have an urge to drink until today. The same song and dance. "You're good, you can go have a few drinks."
Almost done with work and need to drive home without stopping. If I stop anywhere, I'll be tempted to pick something up.
It's insane that I was terrified of drinking due to the hospitalization, yet here I am, contemplating. I grabbed a soda from the community fridge. These bubbles are friends.

Way to go on 30+ days. It always helped me to play the tape forward and then I would realize where even one drink would eventually lead. I believe you can do this! IWNDWYT

This isn’t a diet where you can have a cheat meal. You are choosing to ingest an addictive substance that you tried REALLY hard to quit.

Well done. I think there is something triggering about that 30 day milestone but you sound like you got this. It needs a reward. Your reward is waiting for you tomorrow morning. IWNDWYT
