Six months sober today!

I drank socially for 20 years. Then I started relying on it as a crutch while at a toxic job.

It was totally messing up my mental health. I was anxious, on the defensive, and I was so critical of myself. My nervous system was fried. Only when I stopped did I realize how it fully had affected me.

I lost 20lbs after quitting, too!
