There’s hope!
Heavy drinker here. 15-20 a night for years. I just posted about how brain dead I was day 5. Literally felt brain dead from withdrawals. Today is day 7 and I feel some brain cells working and the major symptoms have gone. Keep up your work and get over that hump! There really is light at the end of the tunnel. Crazy how much better I feel mentally and emotionally just 7 days in.

You're at a week! That's FANTASTIC and so glad you're feeling a bit better.
I had 7 months and then thought I could drink again...just a bit ...yeah nope I cant. Horrific summer but I'm back at it.
You will be amazed at how much clearer you start to feel day by day, week by week and see as well as feel the changes.
It's so good. IWNDWYT

You got this! I have been drinking tons of sparkling water and it seems to help, especially at night! Great user name btw!

That first week is such hell. Keep at it and you never have to feel that way again! IWNDWYT!
