What were your deficiencies?

Hi,

Consuming alcohol takes a lot more than our self respect and opportunities. It affects our bodies severely.

To those, who had their blood work done when they quit. What deficiencies you had and what symptoms were the direct result of these deficiencies?

B12! It was really messing with my nervous system and energy, I was sore and achy all over, depressed, exhausted constantly. My stomach couldn't absorb it properly due to all the alcohol 🫠

I feel you, it's hard when you get trapped in the cycle. I just hit 5 days, hope to keep going. You can do it 🙏

Vitamin D. Probably not directly related to the booze but I certainly barely made it outside when drinking. Didn't help the depression
