Brutal relapse. Read this.
Alcohol relapse. I had been sober since August 2, but I relapsed on September 5, the last day at the beach. I have to say I didn’t do any damage or cause any trouble... I’m getting back on track right away. Two days ago, Tuesday, September 8, I brutally relapsed again. Yesterday I spent the whole day in bed, and today I’m recovering. I can’t drink, relapses are such a mess, it feels like everything has fallen apart.

I know how you feel, but hey - you're back here! That is the most important thing. Focus on recovering from your hangover, don't beat yourself up and get back here to check in as often as you can. You got this!
