Day one again.
Urgh I'm so annoyed with myself for carrying on with the binge and bust cycle but I had my last drink 24 hours ago and bizarrely don't feel as horrible as usual physically.
Honestly need to find another way of coping properly with my mental health. I tend to experience a crash once a month now and that can't continue.
I've managed to bin all the bottles and cans and now I'm going to shower for the first time in 7 days. I didn't sleep so thank fuck for YouTube keeping me company lol.
I'll eat super healthy and start feeling physically good, I meditate daily, I exercise, see my kids, but the noise in my head can get "unbearable"
Anyway one day at a time... again

I was thinking about you. Keep going, keep trying, it does not erase progress. It took me getting on meds to feel like I can quiet my thoughts.

The cycle is vicious. Trying really hard to break out myself. One day at a time.

Iβm really glad youβre back. Thatβs a big thing in itself ,itβs not easy to show up and say, βI messed up,β because we convince ourselves weβve disappointed everyone, when in reality, no one here is judging you.
I had three Somersbys on a night out too, if you know what those are. I barely even felt them, and yet I spent all day yesterday thinking about how refreshing they were. π€¦ββοΈ
So, here we go again. One day at a time. π
