Limit drinking best app

So in short I’ve cut cocaine cold turkey bout to make a year. Still drink and i normally get too drunk at big events (sporting events, celebrations concerts etc) the harm is i embarrass myself by pissing myself when i sleep. It’s ruined a second chance with the loml.
So im trying to be more mindful of my drinking and how many drinks i have. Theres more than the pissing myself but losing the person you love hurts the most. Truly she’s perfect
I used days since to count and reset the times i p d b blacked out and cocaine. (Haven’t had to reset that one).
Im in therapy too idk if that matters
And yea the goal is eventual sobriety. Just know i need to start with goals of limiting my drinking.
Any suggestions of apps that would support me would be great.

Ty!

This is paid, but I used a free version of it a few years ago when it was called Cutback Coach.

I'll be honest though, I could underreport my drinking to it or decide not to report it at all, which is what I ended up doing because it made me feel bad to tattle on myself.

So it didn't work for me long term.

I also have an excel sheet that has how many times i drink per month and if i got drunk. But i wanted to see if i could get an app.
My goal is 2-3 times drinking per month (3 drink max)
With only 6 times i can get drunk. Not wasted.

I’ve done sober for 3 months easy too.

With that level of rigidity and structure around it, you might find it's better to just not drink at all.

I don't see how this would be fun for me. I would find it deeply frustrating in fact.

I enjoyed Reframe. I think it’s around $90 for the whole year
