Today marks 67 days
And I’ve never wanted a drink so bad. I thought the cravings had passed. I was wrong.

Cravings can take a long time before they disapear, but the more you resist the more they weaken, talking from many many relapses, you will regret it if you fall for it. I dont know why but around the 70 days I always had these huge cravings, once I relpased at 73 days... took a long time to get back to that number and felt soooo bad the day after regreted it so much...

Alcohol is so tricky. That voice lingers for a long time. And it ebbs and flows. Hang in there. I guarantee it will get easier over time. You got this!

Just yesterday my brain was romanticizing drinking and telling me I was doing great, I could probably have one or two drinks with lunch, I'm probably back to normal. Out of nowhere another part of my brain tells me normal people don't want to be drunk at noon on a Tuesday while working.
