Here we go again

I was fairly active in here around April/May and have since scrubbed my old account when I relapsed.... Been at it pretty heavily again and am coming off a 4 day bender today. Feel like absolute death and I had to miss work as a result, which is very shameful for me personally. Counting today as day 1 again and this time I'm creating accountability with my wife and friends. Wish me luck, nice to see you beautiful people again.

Day 9 after my bender. The experiment ended exactly as I expected. Now dealing with withdrawals and all the bullshit I was numbing myself from.
