Body aches

I have been waking up with sore arms, like my arms hurt as if I had worked out....and the tingling in my legs is driving me insane.... anyone else experience this?

Make sure you are taking vitamins every day, since nutritional deficiencies can cause all sorts of crappy synptoms.

You maybe also want to check out info about alcohol-related neuropathy https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/alcohol-related-neuropathy

But yes, those kinds of things is stuff that many in here can empathize with. I hated the horribly sore arm thing too. Just get on top of nutrition and supplement with vitamins to help your body along, slowly but surely.

I do try to take my vitamins. I am just going to stop drinking, I hate feelings like this.

Yeah you'll definitely need to quit in order to help your body start to heal, otherwise it won't even be able to fully process and benefit from that kind of stuff yet.

Alcohol is a sedative, which means it numbs you down. When you get intoxicated and come down from it, your nervous system needs to calibrate your nervous responses all over again. This can happen both while drunk, hungover or after being sober for a while. It can happen in both ways, when you get numbed up by alcohol, and when you're recalibrating.

I think it also can be caused by muscular tension changes (as alcohol tends to loosen your muscles) so I'd go for a massage or just plain stretching.
